Presenting the Team Dignitas League of Legends OCE squad

Sun 16th Mar 2014 - 12:15pm

Team Dignitas goes Down Under! We are expanding our organisation with the addition of a League of Legends OCE squad. Joining us is a lineup of both Australians and New Zealanders (kiwis), known as Frenetic Array (fray).

Fray was the second team to qualify for Riot Games' Oceanic Regional Tournament by winning the first Go4LoL qualifier and in the Cybergamer Premier League they managed to take a second place. They are now out to take revenge against their main rivals during the Regional Tournament.

We are happy to have a League of Legends squad representing us on the OCE server. We're looking forward to seeing the team in action and we hope that the team also gets your support!

Please give a warm welcome to:

Justin 'JKSmithy' Smith (Top)
Nathan 'Rippii' Mott (Jungle)
Samuel 'Kenste' Richards (Mid)
David 'UberGiantsBro' Uebergang (ADC)
Matthew 'LittleUberGiant' Uebergang (Support)

Cameron 'Charlie101' Thompson (Sub)
Brandon 'Claire' Nguyen (Sub)
Brendan 'Bma' Ma (Manager)

Brendan 'Bma' Ma, Team Manager

"It seems like such a long time ago when we played on the North American servers, cheering on big name teams like CLG, TSM and Team Dignitas. To think that today we would announce our partnership with Team Dignitas is simply amazing to us. We would never have believed such a thing to be possible for the Oceanic Region many years ago and I feel like this is a big step forward for Esports in Oceania.

The League of Legends Squad could not be happier with representing such a long standing and prestigious organisation, and with the aid of Team Dignitas, we hope we can meet all of our fans' expectations and give our best performance in upcoming events."

Justin 'JKSmithy' Smith, Top Laner

"We are extremely excited to announce that from today onwards we will be playing under the Team Dignitas brand. For a few months our team has been drastically improving and achieving great results so we decided to look for a new home that could help us achieve even greater heights. When Team Dignitas said they were interested we were extremely overcome by joy and jumped at the opportunity.

Michael ‘ODEE’ O’Dell and the rest of the Team Dignitas management have been very welcoming and supportive throughout the entire process making this pretty much a dream come true for the entire team. We look forward to representing Team Dignitas at local and international events where we hope to achieve the best possible results!"
