Kim "Ssumday" Chan-ho, Team Dignitas' League of Legends top laner, is fully focused on getting ready for the upcoming LCS split but has found some time to answer a few questions.
Hello Ssumday, if you had to name one game that you feel was the most memorable in your life, which one would it be?
Ssumday: Because I have been a pro gamer for a fairly long time, there are many games that were memorable, such as my debut game - the 3 inhibitor's come-from-behind win, the Diana back door or the game with Kog'Maw in Summer 2015. However, the most memorable game was when I have won the Summer 2014 Finals. That was the game that made me feel like I had become on of the best (no.1) players.
Now you are in NA LCS. If you had to choose one player in NA that you want to play against, who would it be? Why?
Ssumday: One player that I wish to try to play against is TSM's Hauntzer because I have heard a lot about him and he has a very good reputation.
If you know any of Hauntzer's strenght or weak points, what might they be?
Ssumday: Since I still don't have a lot of information about Hauntzer, I should be careful when playing against him. Likewise, he may not know me that well so I think everything will become clearer once we meet in game.
Who would you wish to challenge if you could choose a few players from any region or any season?
Ssumday: I would choose Marin in 2015 or Smeb in 2016 since they are considered the best top solos for those seasons. They have the nickname as "setze top" which means the world's best in Korean, which is why I would like to play against them.
What is your goal in NA?
Ssumday: My personal goal is to get used to the NA region as quickly as possible so that I wouldn't be percieved as a foreginer and could build a connection with people and fans in North America. Thank you!
