Job Description
Core Accountabilities
- Generate and secure partnership packages with national and global brands
- Generate leads through strategic and consistent outreach
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects
- Create, package, and sell solution-based endemic and non-endemic integrated sponsorships
- Understand the marketing objectives of prospective clients and their agencies, and determine how a partnership can help them achieve their goals
- Close deals with brands and their agencies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Set sponsorship objectives, strategies, and specific implementation steps
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at client marketing companies and their respective advertising agencies
- Educate and position NME assets and marketing capabilities to prospective partners
- Manage junior seller(s) and activation personnel
Traits and Knowledge
- Ideal candidate has experience within the Entertainment, Media and/or Sports Industries
- Knowledge of gaming industry & endemic brands
- Understanding of streaming and digital content-based sponsorships
- High energy and a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating creative solutions
- Pre-existing relationships with senior-level marketing executives in North America and/or Globally
- Known throughout the industry for their poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 7-10+ years of sponsorship sales
- 5+ years of management experience with ability to lead and train a team of sales and service members
- Strong rolodex with high-level contacts at large and midsize corporations, particularly global companies with sponsorship portfolios
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel required during Pandemic (<5% time). As COVID-19 clears up, candidate will travel as necessary to promote, market and close business deals (10-25% time). Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights

- This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Work Environment
- This position generally requires that work be performed from the Dignitas Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required
