New Login Feature - Gaining Access To Your Account

Yesterday our website received an update to its user login feature, all users now have to connect a Twitter or Twitch account to log in. This update was deployed by our website platform esportsify to keep spambots off their website network which includes team-dignitas.net. We're sorry for the inconvenience this causes for any users who are not happy with this change.

To recover access to your existing Team Dignitas account, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to our login page and connect via Twitter or via Twitch
2. Give permission to the app, don't worry we will never post anything on your account! We have contacted esportsify to switch the requested permissions to read only in the future.
3. Enter the email address of your existing account on the Team Dignitas website
4. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it
5. You will now be logged in to your old account and can continue using our website. Future logins will skip step 2,3 and 4 so you can log in immediately.

Future updates

We have asked esportsify to add the following features to our website in the near future which may address some of your concerns.

1. Users will be able to purchase items from our shop without connecting any social media accounts
2. Users can unlink a social media account from their Team Dignitas account: incase you accidentally linked the wrong email or incase you lost access to your social media account.
