1) #DIGCSGO FE: PANELISTS AT VERIZON FIOS' 'WOMEN WHO GAME' EVENT

The CS:GO Women’s team captain, EMUHLEET, along with teammate artStar, attended Verizon Fios’ first Women Who Game event in New York. Joined by other notable women in the gaming space, EMUHLEET & artStar spoke to in-person non-endemic media as well as thousands of online viewers about the esports space. The group was then interviewed live on Cheddar, a financial news network that broadcasts from the NY Stock Exchange floor.

2) #DIGCSGO: INVITED TO IBUYPOWER SPRING INVITATIONAL

The Men’s CS:GO team was invited to compete in iBUYPOWER’S Semi-Annual invitational event. The tournament includes many of North America’s best teams facing off in an online weekend tournament. Unfortunately, the team was paired up against Team Liquid in the first round, one of the world’s best. Despite the loss, Team Dignitas put up a valiant fight to keep the games interesting.

3) #DIGCSGO Fe: GOOSEBREEDER & RAIN WIN BRONZE AT WESG; RANKED TOP 10

Women’s CS:GO team members, Goosebreeder and rain, went to Haikou, China to represent Canada in the WESG $150,000 women’s tournament – the largest prize pot in women’s CS:GO history. The duo cruised through the group stages and eventually went out in third place, eliminating one of the favorite’s, Sweden. With the win, Goosebreeder & rain’s team won $20,000. Additionally, the duo was also ranked by Fragbite.se as statistically two of the best (2nd & 8th) women players in the world.

4) #DIGSMITE: SMITE TEAM RE-SIGNED FOR 2018 SEASON

Team Dignitas announced the re-signing of the SMITE team, considered one of the best in the world. The team took home several first and second place titles in 2017 and look to go even further in 2018. The season kicks off on March 22 and they hope to pick up where they left off in Fall, dominating the online regular season play.

5) #DIGSMASH: RANKED TOP 30 OF ALL TIME; PLACED AT EGLX & THE MANGO

It’s been a busy week for the Super Smash Bros Melee team. The duo has been on the road since their Philadelphia bootcamp, with recent tournaments in Canada and California. At EGLX, HugS finished 9th and Lucky 13th out of 181 players. At The Mango, each player finished 9th-12th place in Singles while Lucky also secured 5th place in Doubles. These results come after the two players were both named by Smash History as two of the Top 30 players of all-time, spanning the game’s 17 year history.
