Team Dignitas Recruiting for Head Coach Position

Do you want the opportunity to coach one of the most famous squads of the global e-sports organization Team Dignitas? We're going public and announcing that we are looking for a unique and qualified person to take on the role of Head Coach for our LCS Squad. We have been looking for a coach to meet our requirements for some time internally, but having been unsuccessful we realize it's time to reach out to the world.

You will join a highly powered support staff and management team in securing Team Dignitas' success in the LCS. You have the opportunity to make or break a team of talented players.

The requirements for this position are extremely high. At a minimum, please only apply if:
• Preferably, you speak English and Korean. If you are a qualified English (or Korean) coach, please go ahead and apply.
• You have a strong understanding of the Korean professional scene, and can apply these concepts across language and cultural borders to the team.
• You have a history working with professional teams in any region.
• You are able to fly to North America as soon as this week, and begin your position immediately.

All qualified applicants will be interviewed directly by myself (Mylixia), the North America manager and current interim coach. You will be given a Coaching Rubric that will detail responsibilities to your new team and to management.

If you are an upcoming qualified applicant in the scene, this will define your career in e-sports. If you are experienced and looking to join the growing North America scene, this is your unique opportunity. We are looking for someone with true hunger to build and oversee the development of a winning team.
