Ed Leatherman is a gamer, just like you and me, who enjoys playing games such as League of Legends. However, after an accident in 2008 he became paralyzed waist down and also lost most mobility in his wrists, fingers and his triceps. After the accident Ed has gone through a long recovery process, but the thing that kept him going is gaming.

Help Ed Leatherman bring attention to gamers with a disability

Ed got the idea to use pencils strapped to his hands to type on a keyboard, which enabled him to play his favorite game, League of Legends. Being able to play really helped him get through a difficult time in his life and Ed has decided to help other people with a disability, by showing them how to play games.

In order to travel around the world and help other people with a similar disability, Ed asked us to help promote his cause and let the community know about what he is doing. So if you want to help a fellow gamer help others aswell, then please have a look at his website and video, learn about his cause and help him achieve his goal.

You can find out about his cause by going to standingbackup.net where you can donate and read more about Ed's life. Also a big thanks to Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) who have already been supporting Ed!
