Today we had a chat with Wiliam 'Scarra' Li, the captain of Team Dignitas' League of Legends Team. As Team Captain we asked him about the recent changes to the Team Dignitas roster and their planned trip to Korea over the summer.

Incase you missed it, our team has decided to go to Korea for the summer and has recently added Crumbzz to the lineup, after Voyboy decided to join CLG. Read the interview below to find out what Scarra had to say about everything that has been happening.

Hello Scarra. Yesterday it was announced that Crumbzz will be joining the team after Voyboy left. Can you explain what caused these roster changes?

Scarra: Voyboy got offers from multiple teams and decided that he wanted to go to CLG instead of staying on Team Dignitas. After he informed us, we had to go around looking for top laners and came up short until we heard rumors that crumbzz couldn't make the crs gaming house work. The rest is history.

What made you guys go for Crumbzz as a replacement?

Scarra: The main reason why we wanted crumbzz is because above all else, he's very dedicated to the game. He wants to improve and most of all he wants to win. That's the kind of mentality you look for in a player. We knew he played top lane before he picked up jungle and he learned jungle extremely fast. His mechanical skill was impressive, and he seemed the obvious choice after talks with the team.

He's a great player but he has also been playing jungle for Curse and will now play top lane. Do you expect this to affect your performance much?

Scarra: It's obviously going to affect our performance in the short term. Voyboy was an amazing player and losing someone and picking up a new player will hamper team synergy. However, we expect crumbzz will live up to our expectations in the future especially as regionals and South Korea comes into play.

Another original member gone from the team "rock solid", as a captain what's it like to lose a player like that?

Scarra: Honestly, it hurts. When he first told us he was leaving I honestly had no idea he wanted to go or even why he wanted to go. Nobody on the team really expected it. In the end, We'll see if it works out for both parties.

On another topic: you've recently been invited to go to Korea. What were your motives to accept this invite and was it an easy choice?

Scarra: We felt that going international would help create a stronger team especially with season 2 championships on the horizon. It was hard to ask people to give up a couple of months to do it, but the choice itself seemed very obvious.

How do you think you fair in Korea? Will you do better than CLG.na did in Season 1?

Scarra: I don't want to go into korea with expecations. Maybe we play well, maybe we don't. We are going as challengers to improve. We hope to do better than CLG.na did in season 1.

Which team will be your biggest challenge in Korea?

Scarra: I think MiG (both teams) and WE will be our biggest challenges.

With a new player in the team, do you think this will affect the team's chemistry a lot, especially now that you are going to Korea together for the summer?

Scarra: Yes, in the short term I expect our team chemistry to suffer. MLG probably won't look pretty for the 3 teams that roster changed, but we are looking to improve dramatically going into the S2 championships.

A question that many fans want to know: are you going to be streaming while you are in Korea?

Scarra: Yes I will try to stream while in Korea, however we still won't be streaming scrims, so I can't give any clear schedule to people.

Well that was all. Best of luck in Korea and any upcoming tournament. Any shoutouts?

Scarra: Shoutout to my team, our organization, and our fans. I know things may look pretty weird right now, and it's very hazy about future forecasts. We promise to show good games even with this rocky development.
