Don't Lose Your Way: How To Keep Faith in a One Sided Game

We have all experienced that one game that comes out one sided from the start. Top lane didn't watch the river and got ganked. An unsuccessful gank led to the enemy team's Vayne getting a triple kill. The Fizz mid lane is... being Fizz. Something in the game made the opposing team get ahead, and no matter what you do, it keeps getting worse. Kill after kill, the enemy team is getting further and further ahead. Their Vayne is already 6/0 and there's no turning back. The team starts flaming each other for "feeding the enemy team."
There's an easy way to avoid this. The arguing is doing nothing but bringing the team further and further down. They do not and will not listen to each other because of how mean they were. This is what loses games like this, it causes a lack of communication between the players. These steps will help, and hopefully prevent the arguing so you can win the game and save your LP.
After the First Death
One of your teammates give off First Blood to the enemy. Nobody likes being on the latter side of a First Blood, so I guarantee your teammate doesn't feel good about it, either. There is no need to talk down about them for giving it off. There has been a number of times where I've killed someone for first blood, then the opposing team says "Teemo gave First Blood, gg." It's humiliating enough for your teammates to point it out in team chat, but to say it in /all chat is crossing the line. It'll make the teammate feel bad, and it'll do nothing but hinder them from performing as well as they want to.
If your teammate gives off First Blood and they don't say anything about it, you do the same. Don't bring up something that won't have a positive outlook. If they so happen to notice their mistake and apologize, say it's cool. It's first blood. It was bound to happen for either team, anyways. There is no need to cry over spilled milk.
When A Lane is Feeding
You press Tab to see bot lane is doing really bad against the opposing team. The Support has been taking majority of the ADC's kills and they are very far behind. The ADC is getting pretty irritable. This is when you should start communicating with bot lane, telling them when your laner is missing and such. Try to help them out in lane. If you're mid, push the lane to the tower and go down to bot lane for a gank. Even if you get some Summoner's off of the opposing team, it's still a gank in the least.
If you're the jungler, show them some good ol' fashioned love and gank their lane. Try to give them the kill if they don't have any, but if you can't at least push the opposing tower to give them some sort of accomplishment. Say "good job" in chat. That little recognition can go a long way. They'll sure to be grateful for the help.
Overview
This won't help for every game. Some of those games out there, the team really doesn't want to cooperate and pull out for the better. Maybe the opposing team is way too fed to come back from, and they're fighting three people at one time successfully. No matter the synergy, you can't lock down that player. The best you can do in that situation is to communicate with who will communicate, or surrender and start a new game with a clear head. Every game cannot be won.
Later in the game, these little things will have made a great difference. Instead of the team saying "This Lucian" and flaming each other, they're accepting in their mistakes and bringing each other closer together. If it ends in a loss, then they take the loss in stride and continue on with their games. If they pull out a win, they know that it was because they kept communicating and using these tips to their advantage. It should be a staple in anybody's League arsenal. The skill and the map awareness will only get you so far on the Rift, while communication and kindness top it off. Learning this will help you win more games, and maybe find more friends to help you on your endeavors while you rank up and climb the ladder.
