Being a good team leader and winning ranked games

The more I play ranked the more I realize one of the key ways to getting a victory is knowing how to be a good leader for your team and push them towards doing what needs to be done to win.
While it's not the most impressive ranked stats screenshot ever it is pretty sucessful for me considering my pretty bad ranked history, and it's only a recent development that I've started to actually win games consistently without much of a sturggle, this is pretty much entirely down to what I've now started doing with my team.
For example in a lot of my games we get sometimes up to two or three early kills and then our team never does anything with the lead, letting the other team catch up again and usually get a head too. Being a good and fair leader is an easy way to help secure victories.
Though I hope most people shouldn’t need to be told this, any form of flaming or insult is probably going to ruin what we’re going for. If your team is being silly, straight up shouting and yelling at them is only going to make it worse - and this is where being a leader comes into it. If you can tell your team in a calm and fair way what they’re doing wrong and praise them when they’re doing well you’ll almost instantly notice that your team in any game is probably performing better after you guide and praise them.
No one wants to play in a team where someone is raging so that’s pretty much the number one rule in general let alone in being a leader for your team, that should be something you always keep in mind.
Directing your team, telling them when to push and when to play safe has basically won me a bunch of ranked games recently. I’ve been doing just that lately, almost “commanding” my team and gently telling them what to do, where to push, what mistakes they’re making and how they can improve. Doing this casually without being offensive is a great great way to get easy wins.
It’s almost like a key I found to low-mid ranked games, I’m sure at higher ranks people don’t need to be told this stuff but I’ve found it really does work around my rank and even in normals. Some people just don’t naturally know what to do and gently telling them has helped me loads and also keeps everyone friendly and happy to play which really is the only way you're going to easily get a win.
Of course there’s more parts to being a leader for your team, if someone is arguing with the enemy or another player the best thing you can do is just let them know that arguing is useless, get them to ignore the other player and make them keep playing. If one of your team keeps going afk because they’re typing to the enemy then there’s something wrong there and that’s a quick way to lose games.
This is a more general tip for playing but people will end up arguing with you and the best thing you can do is simply ignore them and keep playing your best. While a lot of games can be carried sometimes you just can’t help it if your entire team is arguing with you or each other and just isn’t listening - if this is the case you should look back on it and see where you can improve. You can always change and improve your own play but sometimes you can’t do anything about your team.
Doing all the above has really made me see a great improvement in games. If I’m not winning them we get pretty close at least. You can’t expect to win every game because that’s just going to leave you disappointed or feeling like you didn’t do your best. Sometimes you have to accept a loss and take a 5-10 minute break learn what you can from it, look at any mistakes you made and plan a way to improve on everything. You can come back into playing ranked after a little break and play your best, help your team and guide everyone to a win.
They’re pretty simple things to try and I recommend that everyone should try some of the things I’ve mentioned, no doubt you’ll see the same thing I did if you’re in the lower-middle range of ranks. I’m pretty sure this is a major way to get an edge over your enemy who’ll probably be disorganized in comparison and basically give you a victory. Easy.
