Tips for Perfect CS
In a perfect world, we all perform mechanically perfect 100% of the time. Unfortunately, this is not the case by any means. However, there are a few ways to make your game mechanics more consistant and maybe even a little better. As we all know performing mechanically well is half of the battle.
It plays a huge part in your overall success in lane and in overall gameplay. While you may be just starting or an experienced player, there is always a reason to improve your mechanics. One of the most common mechanics is last-hitting, more commonly known as CSing. This is the act of getting the last hit on minions so they share their sweet gold with you. This mechanic can lose games easier than they can win them.
If you are not getting the last hits you need, your teams gold could be severly lacking. Now there are a lot of ways that players are using to improve their CSing, and I am going to share a few of those right now.
1 Versus 1:
I have talked with a few of my close friends in game and asked their little secrets to improving cs. More than one have told me that 1 vs. 1 is a very good way to give you the skill of CSing under pressure. You work on your last hits with a friend so you have a little bit more of a competitive edge but, you are also trying to best your friend in the 1 vs. 1 so you get the aggression from a real game as well.
It also helps if the both of you play different champions that would go in the same lane. For example - Graves and Corki. These are both ranged AD that would go bottom lane, that way you can get a feel for real match ups as well instead of match ups you would never run into in a real game. So grab a friend who wants to improve as well and give it a try!

Custom Games:
Now this seems to be a popular one throughout higher elo and professional play. Start out by making a Custom game all by yourself with no bots. Grab your champion you would like to practice with and make yourself a blank Rune Page and clear out your Mastery page.
Don't buy any items and start CSing. The goal is to reach 100 CS by 10 minutes. That is what is comsidered perfect CS. This method can help you manage what creep to attack and which to leave alone to make sure that your creeps do not take the last hit. I personally like to do this for my Ranged AD practice and I keep a chart to see how I have improved. I find this a fun and effective way to improve your mechanics.

Little Additions:
These are just a few things that are outside of the other two that should be mentioned. When you are CSing, do not be afraid to use your abilities. Gold is ALWAYS worth the mana use. I am pretty sure you cannot even achieve the perfect CS goal without using a little mana here and there. Another thing that can become difficult is timing your auto attacks.
When you build up a big minion wave it can become harder to hit one minion since all of yours will be focusing on that one and you do not want to miss it. This comes with time but timing your auto in between minion attacks will come naturally after a few practice games. Last little tip, do not be afraid to push the lane to make sure you get all of your CS. This may even deny your opponent a little CS in return ;)
I hope these two little tips help you out in your ELO climbs. I personally have seen a 200 elo jump since I started doing this and its only improving! Good luck!
