Global Terror: a League of Legends team composition
Controlling lanes in League of Legends is a very important factor in your success. Keeping control over the entire map can be a little difficult with teams pushing out lanes as you are trying to gain control over another one. However, there are certain ways to make this quite a bit easier on you. Certain champions or Summoner Spells can keep the pressure on the other lanes while your team split pushes. I like to call this Global Terror because you terrorize your opponent from all sides.
The strategy:
Now some may be wondering what this actually is. This is a strategy using a very small pool of champs to split push and add pressure to other lanes while still having the security of not losing a fight 4v5 if the other team engages a fight. The main idea is to pick one or two champions that can split push very effectively and have the rest of your team have a lot of disengage so your team doesnt get caught out which puts you at risk of fighting a losing fight.
Utilizing the Summoner Spell Teleport on champions that don't have global presence in their kit help you even provide presuure on every lane forcing your opponents to choose between splitting off and trying to prevent your split push, or defend as five trying to engage a fight and let a tower or possibly and inhibitor go.
This provides you with potential towers or even inhibitors that are uncontested, which puts you far ahead of your opponent in gold. And ultimately lead in minions pushing to hard for the other team to do anything and you can push in for the win without actually fighting. Though your team has to be really in sync, this can be good for teams that aren't quite on the same page when it comes to team fights.

The Champions:
There are only a few champions that really put the fear into the other team when they split push. But those are'nt the only champions needed in this kind of compositi0n. On top of the split pushers, you need a really good disengage, maybe even two. So let us break these champions down.
Shen

I'm sure this is pretty self explainatory however, I will go a little deeper into this ninjas mass utility. Shen is a very good top laner as is but the thing that really makes him a real terror is his ultimate. Stand United gives you a very scary global presence for the entire game. Even though Shen is a common ban if you can pick him up he is very useful in the split push composition. After level 6 Shen can be anywhere on the map and still get into a fight should one break out. Building items such as Wit's End or even an Ionic Spark can help you push quickly and effectively while your team stays in another lane applying more pressure.
Twisted Fate

This gambling man can help stack the deck in your favor. With his ultimate, Twisted Fate is another champion that provides a scary split push. Have a very effective wave clear and an ultimate that can place you right in the middle of your team for a fight. Unfortunately, there is a catch to him. While doing a split push with Twisted Fate, your team must be in the very next lane seeing as his ultimate is not global. He does still provide an immense amount of pressure and disengage as well. Twisted Fate is a very valuable asset to any split push composition.
Sivir

The vicious huntress is another great addition to the split push composition. With her mighty boomerang and her auto attack reset, she can prove a very strong split pusher. Her Q, Boomerang Blade, with the right items clears waves insanely fast as well as her Ricochet. Her ultimate, while not providing global pressure, can help quickly rush down the lanes in the case that the opposing team is coming for a gank.
This quick escape is good for a disengage as well because of the aura it gives to the rest of your team. For Sivir to achieve maximum split pushing efficiency however, you must take the Teleport Summoner Spell to make sure that her presence is global, adding to the terror of your team composition.
Gragas

Gragas is quite possibly one of the greatest disengages in League of Legends. As a champion alone he is very strong at the moment overall. He bring a lot of utility with his ultimate and his damage output right now is quite absurd. Like Sivir, his kit provides a massive amount of wave clear and very quickly. To provide an over all fear however, you will need a Teleport on him as well. This gives the global fear that you are looking for in your composition.
Janna

Janna is by far the queen of disengage. She is a great choice for your team composition as he entire kit aside from one skill is all based around getting away from the enemy. Her passive provides the bonus movement speed to run away from engages or chases effectively. Her ultimate is the mother of all disengage. Monsoon pushes the entire enemy team away, showing her fury in full. Janna is almost essential for this team composition.
With the breakdown of the champions and the over all idea behind the team comp, I hope this gave you Summoners a new fun team composition to try and maybe even use this new knowledge to come up with new fun team compositions.
