Welcome to the Jungle: A Proper Lee Sin Song Playlist

Now, I can't really claim anything contained in this blog is going to instantly make you go 20-0 in your next Lee Sin game. But I also take no responsibility if the awesomeness contained within causes you to spontaneously judo chop your monitor when by song #3 you've already gotten your second penta kill. But with all the legal disclaimers aside, let us hop right into the Top 10 songs to listen to while summoning the League's one and only Blind Monk!

 

#10 // Europe - The Final Countdown

We start our list off with this classic. I can't think of a better song to start a game off with. The lead up will last just long enough to get your jungle clear through, making Final Countdown the ultimate countdown until you draw First Blood on your opponent!

 

#9 // Baltimora - Tarzan Boy

This song was featured in Beverly Hills Ninja. As far as I'm concerned, that makes it a perfect fit for all of us spirited ninjas of non-Asian descent. Chris Farley had some pretty nimble moves he showed off throughout the film, not the least of which happened while this song played on in the background. Check it out below!

 

#8 // MC Chris - Hoodie Ninja

Hopefully not too many people recognize this song from that Honda commercial a while back, as I prefer to use it as Acolyte Lee Sin's theme song instead. Pretty funny tune, and super fast beat can carry you through that early game lull as by now enemies are surely cowering at their tower.

 

#7 // Survivor - Eye of The Tiger

Udyr may have Tiger Stance, but no doubt Lee Sin is the only champion with the characteristics portrayed in this hit. Except, y'know, the whole not being able to see thing.

 

#6 // The Vapors - Turning Japanese

Hey, we all get excited sitting in champ select and seeing Lee Sin left unbanned, right? Of course. And as soon as you lock in you can feel that ninja power coursing through your veins. This song is a light and fun way to get into that mindset.

 

#5 // Vanilla Ice - Ninja Rap

Go ninja, go ninja, go! You get double points if you listen to this game while there is also a Ninja Rammus in game. This song was huge in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies, but anything that roots on our favorite ninja class can't be left out of this list.

#4 // Fort Minor - Remember The Name

This song debuted as the theme song to The Karate Kid 2010. I had to pay homage to at least one Jackie Chan movie (inspiration for Dragon Fist Lee Sin), and this song is just fantastic to getting in the zone. Pretty sure since its release this song has hit everyones "Workout Playlist" but it fits just as well for amping up for that first dragon fight of the game. #3 // Joe Esposito - You're the Best Around

Yes, Lee Sin is the best champion around, and no amount of nerfs can possibly keep him down! But really, this song was featured in the original Karate Kid and just couldn't be left behind the sequal in our countdown.

 

#2 - // Guns N' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle

Welcome to the jungle, we've got buffs and ganks! If you can't get pumped up about going man-mode with Lee Sin's jungle listening to this song - you're on your own. This song even has a nice shoutout to that serpentine mid-lane champion we love to gank all game long.

 

#1 // Carl Douglas (original) Cee-Lo Green ft. Jack Black (featured) - Kung Fu Fighting

OK - I may take some flak for this but the over the top version produced by Cee-Lo Green and Jack Black for the Kung-Fu Panda series is just too hilarious not to top our list. No need to be frightened by your future Lee Sin games when you've got this blaring in the background. Definitely the clear-cut champion of our Top 10 list, this song can be tossed on loop for the entirety of a game and I'd be super surprised if you could play a game WITHOUT nabbing a penta along the way.
