Okay, to start off if you merely want to just practice on getting the feel of your mouse and setup back after resting or not playing for a few days. Deathmatching is probably the best option. Deathmatching is just a gamemode in csgo where there is no competitive play, no bomb plants or anything, all you are meant to do is focus on getting kills. Valve have their official gamemode 64 tick servers or you can go through various community hosted servers where some of them are 128 tick.

This is where you will go to find valve's official servers. These are 10 minute deathmatch games of two sides. Counter-Terrorists and Terrorists. There is no aim other than just pure fragging. All your aim is, is to get kills. This is why it can be such a good method of warming up as you have no pressure on you since there is no competitive element.

Here is how you will search for community servers. There are 100's upon 100's of community servers. Plenty of different game modes to play. But for now we will focus on deathmatches. Simply go from your main menu to play, then browse community servers and search for deathmatch. There are a few variations of deathmatch. There is free for all deathmatch where there are no teams, awp deathmatch, headshot only deathmatch and so on.
The other way of warming up is workshop maps. Workshop maps are custom maps with different settings and of course maps. To focus on ones for warm ups, they are mainly bots to practice aim at or your spray control.
Here is a link to one of the more popular spray control tools - Recoil master.

This tool is a spray control helper. Making sure you know your spray pattern is essential for taking aim duels and making sure you are winning them the majority of the time. To download this tool simply go onto the link above and click subscribe. Then once you are in CS:GO, go into offline with bot, then workshop maps and it will appear there. This tool puts a target on the wall, When you fire the target will move with how you should control your spray. Practising over and over of making sure when you fire you are following the target, You will be able to master your spray. This is a great warm up tool as you can get the feel of the weapon before you play in general get better at the game by using this tool.
The other tool I would like to mention is aim botz. Here is a link to the workshop page so you can subscribe and use it yourself.

Aim botz is another workshop map. Aim botz is a map which places offline bots around the map and you select your weapon of choice and your goal is to kill them all. There is no set time or anything just to practice shooting at them, this can be used well to practice from different angles, focusing on headshots or flickshots. Aim Botz is really good for the fact that you can customize a lot of the map you can add bots, choose your own weapons that you want to practice with and even customize the bots so that they can shoot at you so you are forced to take aim duels or even just get them to move around so you have to control your spray.
Thank you for reading my recommendations for warm ups, warming up will help you a lot for your gaming experience, just don't hesitate to spend 10 minutes warming up before you go straight into your matchmaking games.
