BEFORE AND AFTER BLIZZCON

A little over two weeks ago, our Heroes of the Storm team reached a fantastic second place at the first ever Heroes World Championship held at BlizzCon. Despite the team's outstanding form, the players had been dealing with severe disagreements on a strategical or personal level for a while now.

With the mutual goal of winning BlizzCon in mind, these issues had been put aside whenever possible. Now with that hurdle behind us, we have decided it is the best time to reform the team, such that we will be in even better shape come 2016.

TEAM DIGNITAS X NATUS VINCERE

Our first announcement today is the departure of Matic 'Zarmony' Mikec to our European rivals Natus Vincere. We got to know him as a player with a fantastic attitude: he recognizes his weaknesses and constantly tries to improve and asks for advice from team mates. We would like to seize this opportunity to once again thank him for his time on Team Dignitas and wish him the best of luck in his new home.

At the same time, we are excited to welcome both Jerome 'JayPL' Trinh and Simon 'scHwimpi' Svensson who join us from Natus Vincere. Having faced them countless times in-game and met multiple times in person at events, we are confident that they will fit in perfectly with our team's atmosphere and understanding of the game.

VIDEO INTERVIEW

We interviewed our team-captain James 'Bakery' Baker as well as new additions JayPL and scHwimpi to get their thoughts on the today's roster shuffle.

ADRD

Our final announcement is that our Polish player Adrian 'adrd' Wójcik is no longer on our Heroes of the Storm roster. He has undoubtedly played a major role in our team's success and is an outstanding player respected by the whole community. We thank him for the effort he has put in the team on the road to BlizzCon, and we'll do our best to help him realize his future career plans.
