1) ROCKET LEAGUE: DIGNITAS FIRST DREAMHACK PRO CIRCUIT CHAMPIONSHIP

The Dignitas Rocket League team is back on top after claiming top honors at DreamHack Leipzig, the first stop in a four-part Pro Circuit tour across the globe. The team went undefeated in the 32-team bracket, considered the most stacked Rocket League tournament of all time. It was the first trophy for new, rising star, Yukeo. With the win, ViolentPanda and Turbopolsa became the first and second highest prize earning players of all time. Dignitas claimed the $50,000 first place prize and will look to take home more titles in the following Pro Circuit stops in Dallas, Valencia, and Montreal later this year.

2) SMASH: LUCKY TAKES 1ST IN DOUBLES; RUNNER-UP IN SINGLES AT SCHISM 3 IN IRELAND

Smash Bros Melee player, Lucky, made a rare trip to Ireland for an international Melee tournament. Alongside Tempo Storm’s S2J, Lucky cruised through the Doubles tournament, finishing with a first place result. In the Singles event, Lucky jumped past 111 other competitors for a place in the Grand Finals. While his previous teammate, S2J, took home the first place prize, Lucky impressed with a runners-up performance to cap off his overseas trip.

3) TURBOPOLSA: NAMED TO FORBES 30 UNDER 30 EUROPE

Forbes recently named Dignitas Rocket League star Pierre “Turbopolsa” Silfver with its annual 30 Under 30 Award. Turbopolsa joined 29 others in the Sports and Games category, European edition. The recognition was attributed to Turbopolsa’s three world championships, the only person to accomplish such a feat in Rocket League, as well as Dignitas' undefeated regular-season world record in 2018.

4) DIGNITAS: OFFICIAL HASHTAG LAUNCHED ON TWITTER

Joining an elite group of esports teams, Dignitas has unveiled an official hashtag and emoji on Twitter. Dating back to years ago, the hashtag #DIGWIN has long been used by Dignitas fans and tournament organizers to serve as a rallying cry for Dignitas competitions. As of February 11, Twitter has added the Dignitas owl emoji alongside the hashtag so fans can grab a little extra attention when cheering on their favorite team.

5) CS:GO FE: RAIN AND CATH COMPETE AT LAN ETS

Canadian CS:GO Fe stars rain and CAth traveled to Montreal for LAN ETS, the largest open tournament in North America. The duo competed alongside female teammates from Canada’s national team in the 40+ team tournament. The team finished an impressive top 8 finish. CAth also competed in a showmatch on stage, prior to the main event, featuring many of Canada’s most popular CS:GO stars.
